These terms govern your use of ReelForge (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
ReelForge helps creators generate short-form content (Instagram reels and carousels, YouTube Shorts, single-image posts) in the style of reference accounts they choose, then publish that content to their connected social accounts on request.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Connected accounts and content ownership
When you connect an Instagram, YouTube, or other social account, you authorise ReelForge to publish content to that account on your behalf when you explicitly approve a post. You retain ownership of all content you create or that the service generates for you. We claim no rights to your content beyond what is strictly needed to render, store, and publish it on your behalf.
Reference accounts you add are used only to inform the style of your own content. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
- Impersonate other people or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the service's rate limits, authentication, or billing.
- Use the service to spam or to manipulate platform metrics in violation of those platforms' terms.
- Build a competing product using data exported from ReelForge.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing to and reading metrics from third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms — including but not limited to Instagram's Terms of Use and YouTube's Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with those terms when you use ReelForge to publish to them.
6. Fees and billing
Pricing, if applicable, is presented at sign-up or on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where stated otherwise at purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to issues at upstream providers (Meta, YouTube, LLM providers). We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any purpose. Review every post before approving it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelForge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or platform-side penalties. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion Instructions. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted on the timeline described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, if appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
